Boat wells are now available to Non-Residents

Blossom Heath Harbor
(Jefferson & south of Ten Mile Road)  The city currently has 87 motorboat wells and 36 sailboat wells available to the residents of St. Clair Shores.  The maximum size of a motorboat to be placed in these wells is under 24' in length.  The maximum size of a sailboat is 25' in length with no restriction on the size of the beam.  Limited electrical service is available at the sailboat area only.  There is a short waiting list for motorboat wells and no waiting for sailboat wells at the Blossom Heath location.  Wells will be rented to residents on a first come, first served basis.  You must bring your current car registration, driver’s license, boat registration, and proof of boat insurance.

Lac Sainte Claire Harbor
(Jefferson & Eleven Mile Road)   boating facility can accommodate a total of 237 boats up to a maximum of 35 feet.  Residents wishing to rent a well at this facility can take advantage of the following amenities: modern park facilities that include grills and picnic tables that are immediately available for family outings; beautifully landscaped park areas with shade trees, shrubbery and flowers; a children’s play area.  Full water and electrical service, dock boxes, and pumpout services are available.  Transient wells are available to guests of resident boaters.  Boating facilities are isolated from the rest of the park and can be accessed only by coded security cards.  A boat ramp provides immediate access to Lake St. Clair.  The boardwalk/fishing pier allows for a relaxing view of the lake and an ideal spot to fish.  An Olympic size swimming pool and a "kiddie" pool are available for your swimming pleasure.  Seasonal pool passes, swimming lessons, and a competitive swim program are also available.  Boat well occupants and guests are welcome to use the pool facility.  A Family Pool Pass is included in the well fee.  An exciting 201' waterslide with a spiraling flume was constructed at the pool and provides hours of fun for all. A renovated concession area is available and is open to the park, pool, and boating facility participants.
